Ordering and Shipping Information

(1) Ordering

Longshot Press uses paypal or stripe, to process payments including credit and debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to the paypal website where you can either sign in to your account or fill in your payment details without signing in. It is very secure and Longshot Press will not have access to your card details.

(2) Shipping

I currently only ship to the UK. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Once your payment has cleared you should receive your order between 3 and 10 days - depending on your location.

If you are based outside the UK and  would like to buy something please get in touch by using the contact form or by emailing [email protected] and I can look into shipping options for your location.

(3) Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct and up to date.  Orders cannot be refunded or re-sent free of charge if the address given was incorrect.

 (4) Returns

If for any reason you need to return an item please get in touch by using the contact form or by emailing [email protected]

Refunds will only be given within in seven days of purchasing and only if an item is not as described in the listing. All items to be returned must be in the same condition as sold. Sale items can not be refunded. Packaging and postage costs or any taxes or custom charges cannot be refunded.
